Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within one working day. In the case of pre-orders, we aim to ship as soon as we receive stock. this will usually be within 1 month of the release date. If there are any delays, customers will be contacted. We will also post notices when pre-order items begin shipping on a case-by-case basis on our website and/or social media accounts. 

In case of multiple pre-order items in one order, we will ship items out at the earliest date that all items in the order are available. Please make multiple orders if you want separate items shipped out as soon as they become available. Thank you.
