Shipping policy:

We aim to ship all in-stock items out within one working day via either Royal Mail or Evri. For international orders, carriers may vary. Please check below for pre-order items. 

For orders with multiple items, orders will ship as soon as all items become available. 

Pre-order items: 

Items are available for pre-order until two days before South Korea/Japan release date to allow us time to finalize any orders. POB are included at no extra cost with some items, but may run out at any time and cannot be guaranteed, though we will always do our best to uphold any orders made. 

In case of multiple pre-order items in one order, we will ship items out at the earliest date that all items in the order are available. Please make multiple orders if you want separate items shipped out as soon as they become available. Thank you. 

Returns: 

Returns are not currently accepted, unless there is an issue or damage to the order. We can only accept issues/damage with proof via an unboxing video as you open your order. If there are any major issues with the order, and we have seen your recorded order, we will offer refunds, exchanges, or we will do our best to ship out any missing items if this is the issue. Thank you.

When will my order be shipped? 

Usually, if an item is in stock, we dispatch within one working day.

If an item is out of stock, orders can take up to one month to be shipped, though our general aim for such cases is one to two weeks to allow time for stock to arrive, be quality checked, packed, and shipped to our customers.

The above is also the case for pre-order items: your order will usually ship out to you within two weeks of the release date, and if there are any issues or delays with your order, we will always contact you via the email you used to make your order.
