We’re changing how we do a few things… 

Hi everyone! 

This is just an update on some things we’re changing about our store! It’s mostly regarding the sale of pre-order benefits (POBs) and how we sell them. 

Exclusive POB sale access: 

Up to now, we’ve offered POBs with albums and sold the rest separately. But we think it’s the customers who pre-order with us that should have access to them first. So we will now offer this as a benefit! This month (September) we’re test-running a new system that allows any customer who purchased a pre-order album that we get POBs for to access an exclusive pre-sale for those POBs. 

The first time we’ll be doing this is w/c 28th September with LE SSERAFIM’s Made My Night POBs. So anyone who pre-ordered this album with us will get exclusive access to any POBs that are left over, before they go on sale to the general public. Those customers who pre-ordered will also get a small discount on the POBs. The links for the sale will be shared directly with customers who are eligible via email or phone, depending on the contact information left during the checkout process. 

We’re obviously still working to streamline the process, but anyone who pre-ordered this album has been contacted about this. And those customers will receive links that allow only them to access these POBs. Anyone who did not pre-order and somehow gets hold of these links will have their orders cancelled. 

Any left over after this will be sold on our website and our usual platforms, eBay and Vinted. The first place they’ll be available after the pre-order is on our official website, so please check back for more details regarding when they’ll be uploaded. 

Updates: 

We will also be updating our website blog more regularly for routine updates and announcements. This includes any prize draws, news, or POB sale access information for upcoming releases. 

Name/website change:

Over the coming months, we’ll be moving from rosiekpopshop.co.uk to focus more on rebranding as RK-PS. The new website name is not decided, but we aim to update customers via online platforms and with information in packages as we know more. We’re announcing this ahead of time to allow all customers to become aware of the potential change. For now, our only official website remains as above.
