Hi, we're Rosiekpopshop! 💜

We're a female run small K-pop business based in the UK. Our aim is simple: To make K-pop accessible to everyone, at the most reasonable prices possible. 

Our Story

Rosiekpopshop originally started on eBay, where we sold some of our personal collection as a way to start out. We later expanded to Vinted, where we grew further and garnered five star reviews from our customers! We still have our eBay and Vinted accounts, but we started a website as a way to expand our album selection and pre-orders. 

How We Source Our Products 🔍

We make sure to shop from official K-pop sellers directly from Korea, and for our Japanese albums we shop directly from reputable sellers in Japan. 

• Official albums only — All of the Korean suppliers we work with are members of the HANTEO Family. Each Korean album we buy is reflected in Korea's Hanteo chart. All items have a KOMCA sticker of authenticity. In the cases that they do not, such as US promotional releases and Japanese ones, we have a clear paper trail linking our store to reputable sellers in each country. If you're ever worried about the authenticity of an item, from us or anywhere else, we're always here to do our best to help! 
• Photocards are checked — We quality check each photocard for authenticity and quality. Any creases or damage will be identifiable in item listings. We also have blog articles about how to spot fake items. If you're ever worried about it, please check with our staff or another reputable source. 
• Every item is checked — Albums are quality checked. A lot of sellers state that the outer box is for protection only, but where the packaging is significantly damaged we will let customers know as we know how frustrating this can be as K-pop collectors ourselves. 
• Pre-orders handled carefully — Our pre-order system means that you will be consistently updated of any delays. All items have the dates of release listed and if there is any issues, we send emails directly to each customer to ensure you don't have to worry about items not arriving on time. If you ever need clarification or are worried about anything, we are always here to help through any official contact channel. 
• No fakes, ever — If we were worried about the authenticity as a fan, we would not sell it as a business. Where items are signed, we only buy from official sites or reputable, trusted sellers.

Shipping 🚚

We ship across the UK, EU, and internationally. Please be aware that any customers shopping from outside of the UK may have to pay customs fees in accordance to your country's rules. If items are returned, please be aware that we cannot offer refunds for any customs taxes you pay to the relevant place in your country. 

• UK — Items will usually be shipped by Royal Mail 48 (Standard) or 24 (Express). Smaller items may be shipped in postable boxes with Evri Next Day delivery. 
• EU — We fill in customs forms accurately and ship with the most trusted services, such as Royal Mail, which is the UKs most reliable and trusted shipping service. 
• International — We offer shipping outside of the UK and EU, with the services chosen on a case by case basis. We will consult customers on which service they'd prefer depending on postage cost in each case. 

We pack all orders with bubble wrap. Items are either posted in a kraft paper mail bag or a cardboard box, depending on how fragile the items are. Photocards are posted with extra protection due to the nature of the item.

K-pop is something that brings joy to so many people. We always do our best to give you the items you're looking for at the best price possible. We price on a case to case basis, depending directly on what it costs us to source a product rather than how much others are selling it for. This may mean some items are a lot less, and some are a little more. But our promise is that we price honestly in each regard, taking into consideration the work we have to put in to find items, shipping costs and item costs.
